• A short description of what you expected and what happened.
• The UTC time of the issue.
• Your ASIC model and the TCP or TLS transport used.
• The exact error message or a redacted miner log excerpt.
• A wallet address only when it is necessary to inspect telemetry.

Do not send seed phrases, private keys, exchange credentials, passwords, unrestricted API keys, or unredacted personal documents.
