Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using SoloMining.xyz, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies linked from them. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be legally able to enter into these terms in the place where you live.
The service
SoloMining provides public website content, Bitcoin mining connection details, wallet and worker telemetry, probability tools, and community support links. Features may be changed, suspended, limited, or removed as the service evolves.
Your wallet and miner configuration
You are responsible for entering a wallet address that you control, checking every configuration value, protecting your devices and wallet credentials, and complying with applicable laws. SoloMining does not hold your private keys, cannot recover a wallet, and cannot reverse a reward sent to an incorrectly configured address.
Fees and block rewards
SoloMining allocates 1% of connected hashrate to the platform and 99% to the user. If the user's allocation finds a valid block, no additional percentage is deducted from that block reward. The complete and current policy is published on the Fees and Rewards page, which forms part of these terms.
No guarantee of results
Solo mining is probabilistic. Connection status, accepted shares, hashrate, expected intervals, calculator results, and prior activity do not guarantee that a block will be found or that any reward will be received. Estimates are informational and depend on their inputs and assumptions.
Acceptable use
You must not use the service to:
- Break applicable law or violate another person's rights.
- Disrupt, overload, probe, or bypass service security.
- Access another person's systems or non-public information.
- Distribute malware, spam, or deceptive content.
- Misrepresent an affiliation with SoloMining.xyz.
Availability and third-party services
The website, mining endpoints, telemetry sources, Bitcoin network, hosting providers, email, Telegram, Discord, and other third-party services can be delayed, interrupted, inaccurate, or unavailable. Their own terms and policies apply when you use them.
Intellectual property
The SoloMining.xyz name, visual identity, website design, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership or grant permission to impersonate the service. Bitcoin and third-party names remain the property of their respective owners.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, profitability, or block discovery. SoloMining is not responsible for lost profits, electricity or hardware costs, wallet loss, misconfiguration, market changes, indirect loss, or events outside its reasonable control.
Suspension, changes, and applicable law
Access may be restricted or terminated to protect the service, comply with law, or address misuse. We may update these terms by publishing a revised version and date. Applicable law and the rules of a competent court govern these terms, while mandatory protections available to you remain unaffected.
